Tenant Deployment & Multi-Country Migration

Responsible for designing and building a new Microsoft 365 tenant from the ground up to enable the company’s growth from 60 to 2,000 employees. This large-scale project involved migrating 20 companies across 8 countries into the new tenant, requiring advanced planning, precision, and technical expertise.

Tenant Design and Scalability

• Designed and implemented a scalable tenant structure to support multinational operations and future growth.

• Ensured compatibility and seamless integration across diverse platforms, including Windows, MacOS, and Apple Business Manager.

Security and Management

• Implemented Microsoft Defender as the sole security solution for devices and accounts, complemented by Microsoft Sentinel for advanced reporting and monitoring.

• Standardized security policies, access controls, and multi-factor authentication protocols.

Cloud Migration

• Migrated data and users from on-premise Windows servers and MacOS environments to Microsoft 365.

• Deployed Autopilot to streamline device provisioning and ensured smooth onboarding for new hires.
